The District Disaster Management Authority, North East District is committed to strengthening community awareness, preparedness, and resilience through effective Information, Education & Communication (IEC) initiatives.

This section provides a comprehensive collection of IEC materials developed by DDMA North East to educate citizens, institutions, students, and volunteers on disaster preparedness, safety measures, and risk reduction practices. Objectives of IEC Materials

  • To create awareness about natural and man-made disasters
  • To promote preventive measures and safe behaviour before, during, and after disasters
